If your question isn't covered on this page, please get in touch with us via the contact page!

I got married in the weekend - can I still book my flowers in?

Yes you can! But time is essential, if your wedding was within the last 3–5 days and your bouquet is still in decent condition, we can likely still preserve them

Please contact us as soon as possible and send us a photo of your bouquet so we can guide you through the next steps — whether you’re dropping it off or shipping it in. The sooner we receive your flowers, the better the final result will be!

Can you preserve flowers from a funeral or memorial service?

Absolutely. We understand how meaningful these flowers can be, it would be an honor to help you preserve them as a lasting keepsake.

Please book in or contact us as soon as possible after the event so we can guide you through proper care and delivery to ensure the best possible outcome

3

Do I get to see my design before it’s completed?

Absolutely! Before finalizing your design, we’ll send you a preview via email. You’ll have the chance to review it and request any adjustments, whether it’s moving or removing elements until you’re completely happy with the design.

4

I have an all white bouquet - can you still preserve this?

Yes, we can! Pure white flowers naturally tend to shift to antique white, cream, or mustard tones during preservation. We provide natural-looking colour correction as an option when booking to help keep your bouquet looking as beautiful and true to life as possible.

5

Can I include extra flowers or bridesmaids’ bouquets for preservation?

Of course! The more flowers you give us, the more options we have when designing your beautiful frame

6

I have a dried flower bouquet/faux flowers - can you still frame these?

We’re currently working with our local Otautahi framer to source shadow boxes specifically designed for dried/faux bouquets. Stay tuned — we’ll have this option available soon!

7

Will my flowers fade?

Yes, some natural fading is completely normal over time, as flowers are organic material. We provide UV protection glass on most of our frames to minimize fading.

To keep your flowers looking beautiful for years to come, we recommend displaying them out of direct sunlight and avoid damp and bug free areas.

Why does the preservation process take so long?

Each bouquet is carefully deconstructed petal by petal and placed in a flower press for up to 8–12 weeks, depending on the flower types as some need a little longer in the press (for example, Orchids have a lot more moisture than other flowers). After pressing, the flowers are reconstructed which can take an entire day to reconstruct one single bouquet. Our detailed, hands-on process takes about 30–40 hours per bouquet. Please allow 16–24 weeks for your preserved and framed keepsake. We appreciate your patience as we create a truly special piece.
