By booking with Kowhai Lane, you agree to the following: Floral Preservation Process Floral preservation is an organic and artistic process. Natural changes in colour, shape, and texture are expected. Whites may ivory, darker colors may deepen, and some flowers may not preserve successfully. These variations are not considered defects. Flower Condition Results depend on the condition and freshness of the flowers when received. Kowhai Lane is not responsible for outcomes affected by delayed delivery, improper storage, or aged or damaged flowers. Artistic Discretion Design, layout, and flower selection are at the artist’s discretion to ensure the best possible final result. While preferences are welcomed, final design decisions rest with Kowhai Lane. Turnaround Time Preservation and framing take time. Completion estimates are provided but are not guaranteed. Payments & Cancellations A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. Due to the custom nature of floral preservation, all sales are final once flowers are received. No refunds or exchanges. Shipping & Liability Kowhai Lane is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by shipping carriers. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the service. Photography Finished pieces may be photographed for portfolio or marketing purposes.
